HUB Ativo had the pleasure of developing the website for Artes Inclusivas — a digital space designed to bring together all the information and details about the project, founded by the Teia D’Impulsos Social, Cultural, and Sports Association. The site features photos and videos, news, contact information, a list of partners, event details, and customizable accessibility settings to ensure a comfortable reading experience for every user.
The client’s goal was to create a website that would be accessible to everyone, regardless of ability or specific needs. To meet this challenge, we implemented a range of inclusive tools. These include text adjustments that allow users to control font size, type, and spacing; an adaptable cursor that can be resized to suit personal preference; and visual customization options for color, brightness, contrast, grayscale, and inverted tones. The site also offers automatic narration, enabling content to be read aloud for those who may experience reading difficulties.
With these features, the website not only fulfills its informational purpose but also delivers an inclusive and intuitive user experience. The project highlights the importance of integrating accessibility from the very beginning of the design process, showing how well-structured digital solutions can transform user interaction and make content truly accessible.
